Learning colors has always been fun. I just made it soft. :) Color Pups are a fun way to teach little ones their primary colors. Each set (6 pups) contains one of the following: blue/black,white/black,green/black,yellow/black,purple/black and red/black. Sewn in a smoke/pet free home. Measures about 8 inches from top of head to rump. Every puppy has a sweet embroidered face, with an eyering to match their color. A "color word" lable is sewn on the back of each puppy to help children associate the word with the color.In my personal experience, toddlers seem to be drawn to the black striped pattern. *Your order will feature an embroidered "color word" in the name of that color featured. Puppies come in a range of colors: dark brown,white,black,tan(pictured),cream and gray (not pictured). You choose the colors when you place an order. Feel free to mix it up. There are many possibilities. The shades of the base color of puppies will vary due to supply and demand. The striped socks will remain the same. Please allow 3 days for me to complete an order, as these are custom. Common sense adult supervision is recommended. Not a chew toy for any animal. Texture, texture, texture! I'm wild about new textures. Opal is sewn from a soft new pair of "Homespun Style" cotton socks. She is a beautiful hunter green and has various shades of burnt gold, brown, black and beige pebbled throughout her body. Opal is sewn with 4x cotton green embroidery floss. She is complete with an eyering, wooden button nose, and soft grey collar. Opal is a caricature of the wonderful Bull Terrier breed. Opal is sewn in a smoke/pet free home. She measures 9 inches in length from top of head to rump. A beautiful embroidered daisy applique has been added to her back, and the leaves/stem have been hand embroidered. This pretty pendant is made from Cats Eyes Beads (quite fitting I thought)! It also has a Swarovski Crystal for extra sparkle, and each bead is individually wire wrapped by hand. Yay for Miniature Daschunds! I love this breed. Spot is sewn from a soft new pair of orange cotton woven socks. The socks remind me of a fishermen sweater knit. To add a little flair, I put some hand embroidered polka dots to the back of the puppy. Black 4x cotton embroidery floss was DOUBLE stitched on all seams for little hands. Sewn in a smoke/pet free home. Spot measures about 13 inches from nose to rump. He stands about 8 1/2 inches high from top of head to end of front paws. This pup was difficult to photograph due to his length. Additional picures are available upon request. :) There are 12 different colored dots in all. A sweet embroidered expression, thick floppy ears and soft beige cotton colllar complete his look. Needle felted from corriedale wool roving daggit. This is a commissioned piece I'm happy to make commissioned pieces of whatever I love a challenge. A daggit is a dog in the science fiction television series Battlestar Galactica. Like Earth dogs, they served as a domesticated pet, watch animal, or tracker; none survived the Cylon holocaust. In the 1978 pilot, Saga of a Star World, Boxey (Noah Hathaway) loses his pet daggit, Muffit, in the Cylon attack. Boxey is given a replacement pet, a robotic daggit named Muffit II, which made a regular appearance in the original series. Muffit II was portrayed by a trained chimp named Evolution (”Evie”). Muffit does not play a role in the 2000s revival of Battlestar Galactica, where it appears that at least one dog survives the Cylon attack on the colonies.
