This is another of my favorites ~ These are the cutest little Squids - Vintage Art Deco Print - wearable Art Pendant. I got the idea for these little pendants from my digital scrapbooking pages and then used PhotoShop to ceate the images, printed them off on shrinkable plastic and wah-la ~ beautiful Art Deco Wearable Art Pendants ~ I created the little bail hangers with glass seed beads. The pendants are 1.75 inches long and 1.25 inches wide. They are ready to hang on a chain, ribbon, or leather. Thanks for looking ~ Peace

Toad (Japanese キノピオ Kinopio) is Princess Peach’s attendant and a long time protector of the Mushroom Kingdom. He is actually a singular character among an entire species of look-alikes (much like Yoshi). He is Mario's bestest friend and nothing beats his war cry………"Waaaaaaaahoooooooooooooo" Toad is another one of my needle felted critters. He is made of corriedale wool roving stabbed millions of times to become this cute mushroom defender. Toad comes with his own handmade, numbered, dated, storied and signed hangtag perfect for showing of his uniqueness. I have called Toad a toy but he is probably better suited to older collectors of unique handmade toys or computer game fanatics than children as I am not entirely sure of how the wool will hold up to too much loving. Bella is a bit of a crazy cat lady. She is always in her white terry cloth bathrobe and always has her gray hair up in a french twist. She has lots and lots of cats but Mr Pendlebottom is her favourite. He is constantly clawing and wailing at her to be picked up. Bella and Mr Pendlebottom are all needle felted from wool roving. Her white terrycloth robe I made by hand from a white terry cloth face towel. They are both string jointed for gentle posing.

This is all beads and thread, inspired by the cover of the Ventures' "Runnin' Strong" album. I didn't use a computer to pixel out the picture for me. I sketched the cover of this album in colored pencil, reduced it on a copy machine, and extended the hair. I started at the bottom of the picture and just laid the beadwork down on it to see where I should be, what color bead to string next, every few stitches. I didn't know how I'd finish the necklace, but it takes so long to work on it, I had plenty of time to figure it out while working (about 5 months).
