We have to have rules, and by using lov.li you agree to the terms and conditions described here. Violation of these rules and conditions will result in the deletion of your lov.li account and all related information including images, text, blog posts, and comments you may have uploaded to lov.li. We reserve the right to remove your account and any content for any legal reason.

Here are the rules:

• You must be respectful to other members. Helpful criticism and suggestions are welcome; however, any disrespectful, abusive or intimidating behavior is not allowed.
• You must follow the guidelines for posted items. At this point, our guidelines are simple.
  • Items must be made by hand or in small runs
    
  • Items must be made or designed by the account holder
    
  • The acceptability of items is at th discretion of the lov.li management and the community at large.
• You must not use lov.li to promote anything other than items or events posted to lov.li.
• You must not use lov.li to promote the sale of items that are not for sale on lov.li.
• Users may not share accounts.
• You must not use lov.li to send unsolicited email ('Spam'). At times, lov.li may allow you to send email to non-lovli users. You may not use these features to email anyone you do not know personally or who would not be receptive to these emails.
• You must never upload, link to, or host any destructive or malicious code to lov.li.
• You must not attempt to deprive lov.li of comissions by intentionally encouraging customers or sellers to arrange payments outside of the lov.li system.
• You must not use lov.li as an image hosting service by linking directly to images files hosted on lov.li from other web sites.
• You must not upload any copyrighted material to lov.li unless you are the copyright holder.
  
• We reserve the right to change these rules, and the lov.li website for any reason at any time.
• You must be 18 years of age to sell on lov.li.
• You must not upload or link to pornographic material to lov.li. While some nudity is allowed on lov.li, images deemed offensive by the lov.li management or community may be removed without notice at any time.
• You agree to indemnify lov.li and its investors, parent company, employees and users from any legal or financial liability resulting from improper use of this, whether that liability arises from use described here or otherwise.

Rights

We have some rules, and you have some rights.

• You retain the ownership rights to content (images and text) you upload or submit to lov.li; however, you agree that lov.li may display this content on the internet and is not responsible for any copyright violation.
• You have the right to be treated respectfully by the community. If you're not, please let us know and we'll take action.
• You have the right to express yourself and your art in any way that doesn't infringe on the rights of others. We do our best to make sure lov.li is a place where artists can share their vision without censorship.
• You have the right to leave at any time. We'll remove all trace of you from the lov.li site at your request. (But remember, the internet is permanent, and your content may be archived on other web sites or databases that we do not control.)
