What can I post on lov.li?

You can post anything you want, so long as you made it or produced it. Meaning, any art or handmade products, and also things like short-run silkscreen designs are great. Once you're selling millions, it's time to move on.

How much does it cost to post my art / craft / product on lov.li?

Lov.li has no listing fees. You can post as much stuff as you want. We don't have listing fees because we hope people will post their stuff even if it's not for sale. Because we want to see it.

How does the payment process work on lov.li?

We keep it as simple as possible. We have integrated with PayPal, an extremely secure and versatile payment solution. The purchase process consists of two steps - placing the order and payment. When you click Order This Item on an item page, you are brought to a page that shows the item, price and shipping price. Once you click the Order This Item button, you have placed the order, and the next step is to visit PayPal and make your payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can start one at that time for free. After you are finished, you will be returned to lov.li. Lov.li will send you a message confirming your order, and will notify the seller. Once you have paid, PayPal lets lov.li know and we set the order status to 'paid'. The seller will then ship your item and change the order status to 'complete'.

How does lov.li get paid?

lov.li charged a commission of 3.5% to the seller on all orders that are marked 'complete'. This commission must be paid once total commissions reach $15 in order to keep selling on lov.li.

Where do I add my PayPal address?

On lov.li, your email address must match your PayPal address. If this is a problem, or if you have recieved payment to an email you use that is not connected to your PayPal account, then you can actually add that email address to your PayPal account and claim that payment.

• Log into your PayPal account.
• Select "Profile"
• Under "Account Information" select "Email"
• Add the new email address to your PayPal account

You may now use that email address to collect funds and claim them using your existing PayPal account.

How can I edit tags on my item?

Just go to the product page. Delete tags by clicking the little (x) by each one, and add tags by clicking Add Tag above the main product image.
