This pendant is made of two painted pieces. Each piece has an modern floral design that wraps around the bamboo. The design has diagonal stripes of red, gold, pink, black and blue, each decorated with flowers and lovely gold accents.

The pieces are aligned such that the whole picture can be seen on the front, across the two pieces.

The bamboo pieces are wrapped at top and bottom multiple times with black wire. The wire is also threaded through the bamboo pieces, so it's very sturdy.

Pendant size: approx. 2 7/8" x 5/8" (7.3cm x 1.7cm)

This pendant is made of three painted pieces. Each piece has an Asian waterfall scene that wraps around the bamboo. The waterfall scene has a dark blue background with white, cream and darker blue illustrations. The pieces are aligned such that the whole picture can be seen on the front, across the three pieces.

The bamboo pieces are wrapped at top and bottom multiple times with black wire. The wire is also threaded through the bamboo pieces, so it's very sturdy.

Pendant size: approx. 2 7/8" x 15/16" (7.3cm x 2.4cm)

The pendant is attached to a double stranded cord necklace (approx. 18.5" or 46cm long) with a silver parrot clasp and extension chain.

This top is one of my favorites so far! I made this top using stretchy black lace with a silvery white floral design. I crocheted a halter top piece in black acrylic yarn, and attached it to the top of the halter, and added pretty beaded velvet ribbon with pleated mesh at the top. The crocheted halter had split rings and silver ribbons attached to them to secure the top. I also put grosgrain foldover elastic around the top edge.

Licensed Blondie shirt turned into super comfortable awesomeness! I cut off the sleeves and collar, and gave them lettuce edging. I added adjustable acid lime green adjustable lingerie straps (1/4") at the shoulders. I made belt loops and made a belt (matches the lingerie straps!) with a big ole' round blue sparkly buckle. I added a skirt made of cotton turquoise camo, and used permanent fabric paint to stamp and paint skulls on it. Blondie's face looks like a skull in the print on the shirt, and was my inspiration for putting skulls on the skirt. I also painted Blondie's face silver to emphasize this design (see photo). Would look great with a petticoat! Dress is pinned back on model.

Shirt I had started creating at my last craft party - it has scissors, spiderwebs, skulls and corsets stamped on it, as well as a glitter lightning bolt, bows, and laces up the back with silvery grommets and black ribbon. I host a craft party every three months, and I wanted to show the participants what you could do with a plain brand new cotton tee. I was actually making it for my favorite punk rocker model (in-progress photo on flickr), Zaidee. She finally got the shirt (thanks, usps) and sent me a photo of her wearing it - she rocks!

This pendant is now made to order. My seven year old daughter designed this pendant. She's been excited to see her drawing made into a piece of jewellery. This beautiful pendant has been made using the cloisonné method of enamelling. The outlines of the design are carefully formed from sterling silver wire and fired onto a domed and shaped piece of solid sterling silver sheet, then the compartments are filled in with wet laid transparent enamel. It has gone through several firings to achieve the desired effect. A black cat on a turquoise and rich blue background is surrounded by spirals and a delicate amber flower. Counter enamelled and will be signed by myself on the reverse. This pendant measures 53mm x 38mm excluding the bail.

This pendant I made as an entry to the EEJA eeja.org Eclectic Cafe wire contest. This was a very labour intensive piece. It is made from solid sterling and fine silver wire woven like rattan. It is surrounded with square wire with ball chain dangles to catch the eye, and has a tube bail. I have enamelled one side turquoise and the other purple so it is is great with summery outfit and can be turned around for that night out. Supplied with a leather cord with sterling silver findings attached. You may choose the length. If you would like this pendant in different colours I can make it to your specifications.

You send a girl in Peru for one month and she comes back with the most amazing and brightest colors in her eyes. This little bag is inspired by my trip to Peru, it is made with a cotton vintage napkin and lined with a bright pink cotton. One handle of the bag is embroidered with two little houses. The applique on the front is slightly puffy which gives it a nice relief. There is also an inside zippered pocket, reinforced with strong interface. The crocheted mushroom on a keyfob that comes with the bag is made out of a yarn I found in a little market in the Cordilliera Blanca. We were the only gringos on that market and it was wonderful! Semi precious gemstones, silver and a shell rose make this necklace simply stunning.

The centre piece of this necklace is the beautiful, handcarved, shell rose bead. This rose has subtle colours that are complemented wonderfully by the surrounding beads. The rose bead measures 4cm in diameter.

I have used 4 chunky, chip shaped, aventurine beads which are sat in between tiny, round moonstones. I have then used 2 round, rose coloured, Czech glass beads which have been firepolished on one side. Then finally 2 round fluorite beads which are between another set of moonstones. There's opaque, mauve seed beads and frosted, rose seed beads in between the larger beads.

I have used a sterling silver toggle and hoop clasp set on this necklace.

All of the beads used in this necklace are of the highest quality, I also use very strong beading thread which is reinforced where necessary.

The length of this necklace chain is a little over 16.5 inches. Including the rose bead, the necklace is 18 inches long.

This necklace took a little over 1 hour to complete.

Each and every stunning necklace has a hidden secret scroll inside.

This necklace uses tubular peyote stitch, this basically means each is hand woven not loom woven.

This form of peyote stitch is a little different. It forms a hollow tube once completed. Perfect for hiding small treasures or secret messages!

Inside this necklace the secret scroll reads "I love you". This is written in the futhark or runic alphabet. To add more potency to this sentance, I have added an extra rune at the beginning of the sentance and one at the end. This is called a leader and a sealer and makes the sentance into something much more powerful. It becomes a spell. The leader and sealer I have chosen to use here are love runes. Gebo at the beginning means love, partnership,and gift. Wunjo at the end means strength, good fortune, domestic happiness, bliss and harmony. The paper for the scroll is hand dyed and the spell is hand painted in water colour paint.

The entire necklace takes a little over 3 hours to complete.

I have chosen a wonderful colour of seed bead for this necklace. The beads are light grey with a fire polished finish to them. This gives each bead a stunning rainbow of colours when the light hits them. The beads are of Czech origin and are therefore of great quality.

In the necklace chain I have added some cube shaped, heamatite coloured seed beads. Exquistite quality Czech beads used here once more. Also in the necklace chain there are beautiful, delicate amethysts. These gemstones really bring out the purple tones of the seed beads.

The secret scroll is closed with 2 purple fluorites. One at either end, to protect the scroll and it's secret message. This means nobody need even know there is a message in your pendant unless you want them to.

Sterling silver findings are used to finish off this necklace.

This necklace has a 20 inch drop and the pendant is 1 3/4 inches long.

This choker necklace and bracelet set is worked in double daisy stitch and looks equally stunning dressed up or down.

This bracelet took 1 hour to complete and the necklace took nearly 2 hours to complete.

The closures on both necklace and bracelet is traditional loop and button type closures. There are 2 round moonstones to fasten both choker and bracelet. I love this fastening as it is very secure, looks fantastic and is great for people with allergies to even precious metals.

This bracelet has two different length settings. The shortest is 7 inches and the longest is 7.75 inches. The choker also two different length settings. The shortest setting is 14 inches and the longest is 14.5 inches.

All of the beads used in this set are of the highest quality. I always use very strong beading thread and reinforce all fastenings.

A summery, floaty necklace with butterflies, sparkles and ribbons.

This set is a variation on a commission set produced for a customer.

The centre piece of the necklace is the beautiful, jade donut bead. The jade bead measures 40mm in diameter.

In contrast with the buttery jade colour I chose to thread the necklace with delphinium purple, organza ribbon. I used lots of ribbon in this necklace. Not only to thread onto, but also as decoration throughout. I have tied small bows of ribbon onto the main necklace strand. I used not only the delphinium coloured ribbon but some jade coloured organza too.

Sprinkled randomly throughout the necklace are pretty, rose quartz butterflies and sparkly, berry coloured, faceted swarovski crystals.

The length of the necklace is a bohemian 32 inches. With a necklace of this length, you can of course double it to get 2 strands. Two looks for the price of one! The necklace ties to close.

This necklace took me just a little over 2 hours to complete.

I have used four, flat, oval shaped jade beads for the main beads in this bracelet. In between each jade bead are berry coloured, faceted swarovski crystals and organza ribbon bows. The bracelet has been finished at either end with a delicate, rose quartz butterfly bead.

The bracelet has been threaded together using purple coloured hemp twine. I have used a pearl knotting technique here, knotting in between each bead.

I've used a ribbon tie to close the bracelet. A distinct advantage to this is that this bracelet will fit a wide range of wrist sizes. Smallest size wrist this will fit is 6.5 inches. The largest size it will fit is about 12 inches.

This bracelet took me about 1 hour to complete.

The asymmetrical fringe in these earrings gives them a bold look. As always the beads used in this are of exquisite quality, and the earwires are sterling silver.

The technique I use when making these earrings is not loomwork it's a handweaving technique called brick stitch. This adds to the individuality of each piece and also makes the beadwork really flexible. They hang beautifully when worn.

The glass seed beads are of Czech origin, therefore are top quality. Each individual seed bead is about 2mm in diameter. The wonderful bugle beads in this design are of Japanese origin.

I used transparent, grey coloured, fire polished seed beads throughout these earrings. The fire polished finish on these beads gives them the most stunning iridescence. The fringe is finished off with some bugle beads, which are a haematite colour with a frosted finish which gives them a marvellous texture. This beads is also used in the main body of the earring.

The total length of the earrings from top of the loop to bottom of the longest fringe is 8cm. The fringe on this frames the face beautifully and moves amazingly.

The drop length of the earrings is a little over 3.5cm.

Each pair of earrings takes about 2 hours to make.

The dream catcher has been made for many generations where spirit dreams have played. Hung above the cradleboard, or in the lodge up high. The dream net catches bad dreams, while good dreams slip on by. You see, bad dreams become entangled among the sinew thread. Good dreams slip through the centre hole, while you dream upon your bed. This is an ancient legend, since dreams will never cease, hang this dream net above your bed, dream on, and be at peace. - Author unknown

When making dreamcatchers, I try to observe and respect the traditions of the Native Americans. I therefore try to make my dreamcatchers using materials that are as near as possible to authentically native dreamcatchers.

I use neutral coloured, artificial sinew to make the web of the dreamcatcher. In the centre of this dreamcatcher is 2 turquoise, chip gemstones. I have wound soft, suede, leather lacing around the dreamcatcher hoop. At either side of the hoop I have tied a length of suede leather, and on this leather I have attached feathers and beads. The feathers used are dyed turkey, dyed maribou and duck. The beads used are faceted glass.

There is a tie on the top of the hoop to help place the dreamcatcher above your bed. The hoop of this dreamcatcher is 5 inches in diameter. From the top of the tie, to the bottom of the longest feather, the dreamcatcher is 18 inches in length.

Like a dark, starry sky this beautiful bracelet has a jet, black background with twinkling stars.

This bracelet is made using peyote stitch. This means each is hand woven not loom woven, this adds to the uniqueness of each peyote stitched piece.

This bracelet took 4 hours to complete.

This bracelet has Czech, opaque, black seed beads as a main body colour. These beeds have a very subtle gloss to them. The stars are beads also of Czech origin. They are an aqua colour with a copper coloured lining which gives them a beautiful 2 toned effect and amazing sparkle.

I have gone for the traditional loop and button closing. The finishing beads on this bracelet are 2 black tourmalines. The length of this bracelet is 6.5 inches on the shortest setting and 7 inches on the longest. The width is 2cm.

This is made using peyote stitch, this means each is hand woven not loom woven. This adds to the uniqueness of each piece, making it far more flexible and durable than loomwork.

The main body color of this bracelet is a coral pink colour. These beads are opaque with a pearlescent sheen to the surface of them. The scattered daisies are worked in sky blue, silver lined seed beads. In the centre of each daisy is a black, frosted finish seed bead. as always the seed beads are all of top quality.

I have gone for the traditional loop and button closing. The finishing beads on this bracelet are a watermelon colour - both green and pinky at the same time with delicate, silver scrolling over the surface. The length of this bracelet is 6 1/2 inches on the shortest setting and 7 inches on the longest. The width is 2cm.

Blue with Pink Heart bracelet by

This beautiful bracelet is another handmade and designed by me. No two will ever be the same.

The technique I use when making these bracelets is not loomwork it's handweaving. This adds to the individuality of each piece making it far more flexible and durable than loomwork.

This bracelet took 4 hours to complete.

Stunning glass beads are used in this. They are of Japanese and Czech origin therefore they're exquisite quality. The main body colour is worked in sky blue, iridescent beads which have been firepolished. This gives the blue a multicoloured sheen which to me looks a bit like petrolium. The hearts are picked out in a candy pink colour. The pink beads are only coloured right in the core of the bead so it gives the bead a more crystalline effect.

The bracelet here, has a traditional button and loop closing. This gives the bracelet a great look as well as being good for those who like me have skin sensitive to costume jewellry metals. The closing beads are a watermelon colour - both green and pinky at the same time with a silver scrolling over the surface.

When the bracelet is closed it measures 6 1/2 inches on smallest setting and 7 1/2 inches on longest due to the adjustable fastening.

Simple enchanting earrings!

Beautiful encased lampwork beads from Jocelyn (JayChantell Studio), a US based SRA bead artist.

They are so lovely by themselves, I just hand wrapped them with sterling wires and attached on the sterling marquis link beads as dangles, they will dance happily when you moving around ヽ(*’-^*)。

They measure 2 1/4” or slightly over 5.5cm including the ear wires. Simple yet versatile!

Adorable earrings! Look at their little faces that bright orange nose!

I got these beads from Hiromi Moronese, a US based SRA bead artist.

I added the rose alabaster swarovski bicone and the Thai Karen spacer beads and accents to give a polished feel.

The ear wires are also sterling silver and so perfect for even sensitive ears………..by the way do penguins have sensitive ears?

Double Strand Jade and Pink Necklace by violetfusion

A deliciously different, double strand necklace.

The centre bead in this necklace is an oval, flat jade bead. There are four strands of beads threaded into this centre piece. I have used 2 star shaped, aventurine beads, and 6 faceted, swarovski crystals in the chain of the necklace. Each one of these beads has 2 strands of tiny, seed beads threaded through them. The seed beads used are pink-lined, firepolised seed beads and aqua coloured, copper lined seed beads. The copper lining on the beads gives the aqua colour a wonderful shimmer and warmth.

At the bottom of the jade bead are 4 seed bead tassles, made with the same beads as in the necklace body. Each tassle is finished off with a faceted, swarovski crystal.

This necklace took 1.5 hours to complete.

The fastening on this necklace is a traditional loop and button type closure. I have used a round, green fluorite bead as a fastener. I love this fastening as it is very secure, looks fantastic and is great for people with allergies to even precious metals.

This necklace chain is 23 inches long. Including the jade bead and the tassles, the total necklace length is a little under 25 inches.

All of the beads used in this set are of the highest quality. I always use very strong beading thread and reinforce all fastenings.

Tubular peyote stich gives this necklace a wonderfully tactile feel.

This necklace is made using a Native American beadwork technique known as tubular peyote stitch. No loom is used in the production of this, it's all handwoven.

This form of peyote stitch is a little different. It forms a hollow tube once completed.

I have used two colours of seed beads in this necklace. The main colour used is strawberry red. These beads are silver lined which means they sparkle wonderfully. I have used stripes of opaque, matt black beads as a contrast. Both bead colours are of fantastic quality.

To close off either end of the peyote tube I have used black tourmalines.

The fastening I have used for this necklace is a traditional button and loop closure. The "buttons" are snowflake obsidians. I have added two of them to give more freedom with necklace length

There's two lengths this necklace can be worn at. 16.5 inches or 17 inches.

This necklace took me a little over 6 hours to complete.

This delicate, little snowflake makes a perfect Christmas gift. They look stunning when used as tree decorations.

The centre of the snowflake is crafted using opaque, white seed beads. On the outer edge of the snowflake I've used copper lined, aqua coloured seed beads. These beads also form the hanging loop at the top of the snowflake. As always the beads used are of finest quality, and the threads used are very strong.

The height of each snowflake is 1.75 inches from top of hanging loop to bottom of snowflake, and just over 1 inch wide at widest point.

Each snowflake takes a little under an hour to complete

Dreamy Lampwork Heart bead done in periwinkle blue based with white sky blue and ink blue glazed on, adorned with raspberry pink roses, made by the SRA artist Dorris Sorensen from US.

Bead was hand wrapped with sterling wires, accented with brilliant Austrian Swarovski crystal and Thai silver bead caps, handmade by the Karen Hill Tribe in Thailand.

Pendant measures 1 ½” or 4cm in length excluding the wire wrap loop with the width just over 3cm at the widest point and suspended from 18" delicate antiqued silver sterling chain, closes with a stainless steel lobster clasp.

The luster of fresh water pearls and paua shell are an eyecatching combination.

The centre piece of this necklace is a wonderfully lustrous, drop-shaped paua shell pendant. These pendants are amazing, no two are the same. Paua shell reflects a beautiful, wide range of colours. The pendant measures 4.5cm (a little under 2 inches) from top to bottom.

To compliment the radiance of the shell pendant, I have used fresh water pearls in the necklace. The pearls used are peacock pearls, which are a dark colour with a gorgeous iridescence. I have also chosen to use to more organically shaped potato pearl in this design. There are four, large pearls and eight small, pearls used.

Six, labradorite, gemstone chips have been used to complete the necklace. Labradorite has a reflective surface similar to that seen in cats eye gems. Labradorite has a bluish flash through the surface, which resemble the reflections from a butterfly's wing. It is also said to be a stone of immense psychic protection.

In between all of these lovely precious stones are hundreds of pretty, tiny seed beads. These are of Czech origin which means they are of excellent quality. I have used two colours of seed beads. Firstly I've used clear, firepolished, hot pink lined seed beads. These are clear on the surface but the inside surface of the bead is coloured. Secondly I have used amethyst, rainbow, black lined seed beads. These are multi coloured with a black lining so the colours stand out.

I have used a sterling silver toggle and hoop clasp set on this necklace.

All of the beads used in this necklace are of the highest quality, I also use very strong beading thread which is reinforced where necessary.

The length of this necklace chain is a little under 19 inches. Including the pendant, the necklace is a little over 23 inches long.

This necklace took a little over 1 hour to complete.

This beautiful collar style necklace is worked in cream, pearlescent seed beads with matt lilac seed beads interspacing.

The clasp set used in this is stunning. It is a sterling sliver toggle and loop set with a difference. The loop is a circle of three, fat leaves and the toggle is a slender, stylised leaf. I have never had the pleasure of working with such a wonderful clasp set.

This necklace measure a little over 15 inches. It will sit on the collar bones of most people.

There are 4 chains at the back of the necklace to finish the look off, 2 on either side. The longest of the chains are approximately 9 inches in length. The chains dangle delicately down the back of the necklace, making this necklace perfect for those outfits with a lower back line.

The necklace shown here took 7 hours to complete.
